Thank you for shopping with NO FUMBLES. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 6 days from the date of purchase to return any item(s) for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at customer service email within 6 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including any limited drop which most drops are limited.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customer service email with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide instructions for returning the item or offer a replacement.
